Its exceptional location in front of the beach also offers a breathtaking view of the bay. The top floor has a roof top of more than 120 sq.m. with jacuzzi. An unique place for an exceptional vacation.

THE LIVING SPACE
The entrance to the apartment is located on level 4 of the residence and consists of a living room with TV giving access to a terrace with sea view and an open equipped kitchen. On the first floor, the suites have kitchenettes. The roof top has a BBQ with a sink.

THE BEDROOMS
On the first level, the apartment has four bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen-size bed on the mezzanine and a desk, a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a closet and two bedrooms with a king-size bed with a bathroom and toilet. A bathroom and guest toilet complete this level.
On the first floor, just off the elevator, there is a suite with a suspended queen size bed with a shower room and access to the rooftop. Opposite, a double bedroom with a 140 cm bed, kitchenette, bathroom and an extra bed on the mezzanine.
