Authentic and family-friendly, the URDINA villa incorporates all the codes of the Basque family home.
On the ground floor, it offers a large living room which consists of a cozy lounge area widely open to the outside as well as a large dining room, ideal for convivial meals.
The living room opens onto an intimate terrace, decorated with a large table perfect for your summer dinners. The garden then extends to the swimming pool area, creating a summer atmosphere for you to relax and cool off in complete tranquility. The open kitchen is equipped.
THE BEDROOMS
Upstairs, Villa Urdina offers you 5 beautiful bedrooms. A family room consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bedroom with 2 baby beds with a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a shower and a double sink and a balcony with a view clear view of the mountains and a glimpse of the sea.
The upstairs continues with two spacious bedrooms with queen-size beds and share a bathroom with a single sink.
Two bedrooms a little further back complete this level. One with bunk beds and the other with a double bed (140). Possibility of opening a room on the ground floor.

THE PARKING
You can park 1 to 2 vehicles in front of the villa. Public parking is located just at the end of the garden.

You will also enjoy the proximity of the emblematic Sainte-Barbe lighthouse for your walks (200 meters), and the beaches of the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz for your swimming (600 meters).
