Some are fairly close to the “second line” coast, and house prices are quite high. On the other hand, as one moves away from the coast, the prices fall.

Further inside you will find houses, for example in Sare or Saint Pée where prices remain around 3,000 Euros/m².
Regardless of the city, the prices will be higher depending on the state of renovation of the property, and the mountain view which is quite popular.
