The main house – MALDANA
MALDANA features a spacious, air-conditioned living room with a fireplace, opening onto a large south-facing terrace. It also offers an air-conditioned dining room and a large, fully equipped and air-conditioned kitchen, enjoying beautiful views of the mountains.
A library, home cinema, shower room with toilet, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer complete the living areas. Separate toilets are also available.
The second house – MALDANITA
MALDANITA features a living and dining area opening onto a covered terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet.
The house also has a basement with a very spacious TV lounge and a laundry room.
BEDROOMS
MALDANA – 5 bedrooms
The main house, MALDANA, has 5 bedrooms on the first floor: 4 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds. One of the bedrooms also opens onto a charming west-facing terrace.
The floor also includes 2 bathrooms, 1 shower and toilet cubicle, as well as 2 separate toilets.
A mezzanine on the upper floor can accommodate 2 to 3 children.
On the ground floor, there is also a full bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washbasin and toilet, as well as a separate toilet.
MALDANITA – 4 bedrooms
The second house, MALDANITA, has 4 bedrooms.
The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, features a double bed and its own shower room with washbasin and toilet. A separate toilet completes this level.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms are equipped with double beds that can be separated into two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom: one with two washbasins, a bathtub/shower and toilet the second with a shower, washbasin and toilet and the third with two shower rooms and washbasins.
Separate toilets complete the floor.
