Filled with natural light, the living area is an invitation to relaxation. It is arranged around a cozy lounge with a fireplace, a welcoming dining area, and an open kitchen featuring vintage touches and modern equipment. This space opens onto the outdoors, creating perfect harmony.
BEDROOMS
The house has 5 bedrooms.
On the lower level, two bedrooms share a shower room with toilet. The first is a suite equipped with a 160 cm double bed and its own shower room with toilet; the second bedroom also has a 160 cm double bed and uses the suite’s shower room with its own access.
Upstairs, there are three suites.
One bedroom has a 90 cm single bed, a desk area, and a shower room with toilet. Another bedroom is fitted with two 90 cm single beds, a bathtub, and separate toilets. Finally, the master suite includes a 180 cm double bed, a desk area, and a bathroom with both a shower, a bathtub, and toilets.
THE “PLUS”
A beautiful 120 m² terrace extends the living spaces and invites you to fully enjoy sunny days. The house, located very close to the city center, allows easy walking access to shops, restaurants, and points of interest. In addition, getting around is made easier with a free shuttle (N5), whose stop is located just in front of the house.
PARKING
The house does not have private parking. However, you can easily park for free in the surrounding streets as well as at the Charles Floquet parking lot.
NEARBY
At the gateway to the city center, the house allows you to reach Les Halles de Biarritz in 15 minutes on foot and the Grande Plage in 20 minutes, so you can fully enjoy the Biarritz lifestyle.
