THE LIVING AREA
Filled with natural light and open to the outdoors, the living spaces allow you to enjoy the house both inside and out, effortlessly throughout the summer. As the true heart of the villa, the three sleeping areas are arranged around these spaces. You will enjoy a warm and welcoming lounge, along with an open-plan kitchen connected to the dining area—perfect for sharing moments together. A comfortable desk area is also available.
THE BEDROOMS
The villa offers three separate sleeping areas, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
The first includes two suites: one with a 140 cm bed and a shower room, and the other with a 160 cm bed and a bathtub.
The second area features two bedrooms with 140 cm beds sharing a shower room with toilet.
The final area is a master suite with double sinks, a shower, and a toilet. Each space is designed to offer comfort and restful nights.
PARKING
An outdoor parking space with an electrical outlet is available. Free parking is also possible in the surrounding neighborhood. Bicycles can be stored safely within the villa grounds.
THE "PLUS"
The outdoor area is a true second living space. The sunny main terrace invites you to enjoy the swimming pool, garden lounge, and outdoor dining table—perfect for breakfast in the sun or meals under the open sky. A second, more intimate terrace provides an ideal spot for reading or relaxing. The carefully landscaped garden offers a serene and harmonious setting, while a ping-pong table adds a fun touch to your days.
