THE LIVING SPACE
Inspired by the typical houses of the Arcachon basin, it is entirely built in wood and designed in total harmony with nature.
On the ground floor, a cozy living/dining room opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool. Upstairs, a large living room welcomes you with an open kitchen, a lounge area with a wood stove, a flat screen TV and an large sofa.
Outside, take advantage of a beautiful terrace to share your meals "suspended" in the forest. A heated swimming pool is at your disposal with garden furniture (some parts are not safe for young children). Only the sound of birds and the nearby stream will disturb your relaxing afternoons by the pool.
THE BEDROOMS
The master bedroom equipped with a shower room and a Queensize bed is on the ground floor of the house.
On the ground floor two double bedrooms (Queensize beds) and a children's bedroom (2 single beds) separate a bathroom and toilet.
THE “PLUS”
A peaceful atmosphere, close to nature in absolute calm.
PARKING
Several parking spaces are available outside in the central aisle.
NEARBY
The village of Saubion is a few minutes from the house, the beach and the lake of Hossegor at 10km and the golf course of Seignosse at 8km. The Angresse supermarket is 5min by car for shopping, you can also enjoy the weekly markets of Tosse and Saubion.
