South of the city center, very close to Mazon Park, the rue de l'Océan stretches for a little over 350 meters between the avenue de la République to the east and the rue d'Espagne to the west . Perpendicular to the Côte des Basques, it leads less than 250 meters from the beach. It is crossed in its center by the Avenue du Maréchal Joffre which allows direct and rapid access to the Place Georges Clémenceau in the heart of the city of Biarritz. To the south, the Rue d'Espagne and the Avenue Beau Rivage offer open access to Bidart and the other resorts on the coast.
